Full Moon Self-Paced Flow

For many years I have relished in the magic that is sitting in sacred spaces amongst like-minded people. I have held, attended, and facilitated circles for 100’s of souls who crave moments of connection, and gentle opportunities to be guided in both breath and expression.

These spaces are always shifting and changing but somehow, they always seem to be exactly what is needed in the moment.

As cyclical beings, we may feel the energetic shifts that flow with the phases of the moon. Each is an opportunity to turn the gaze within, and as we find ourselves once again within the watchful gaze of the Full Moon, right now is a beautiful moment to pause in ritual.

To make it accessible, I created a super simple, and supporting self-paced flow that you can use to move through your own Full Moon Circle at home. It is a blend of reflective soul work, meditation, and expression. A flow that requires nothing but your own energy and time that you choose to pour in.

But first, a super quick overview of what to expect with the Full Moon energy:

  • The Full Moon is a time to recharge, fill your self-care cup, cleanse, surrender and let go

  • Rituals might call for reflection, expression, acknowledgment, release, and gratitude.

  • The energy of the Full Moon amplifies your self-power, so take those leaps towards what you want to do. It can be a really potent time to step into the spotlight if that is what is calling you, think big creatrix energy.

  • On the flip side, the energy can also drain you, it can feel like a lot, so take it slow and try your best to stay grounded.

The moon impacts us all in varied ways, as always, it offers a moment of self-reflection. An opportunity to check in with the self and notice what your inner experience and your outer reality currently looks like.

Secondly, some tips for creating a sacred space for yourself:

  • Making sure you are in a space that feels safe, supportive, and comfortable. This could be a cozy corner at home, or in your bedroom, it might be outside in the garden. As long as it is quiet and if possible, private, that is going to really aid in the energy that surrounds you during the flow.

  • You might like to have your anchors close by, whether that be essential oils, big blankets, soft pillows, crystals, incense, etc. Anything that is going to ground your energy or make you feel comforted as you move through the ritual.

  • Having water or something warm to drink is a must, especially when keeping our throat chakras clear for expression.

  • Having a journal or something to write on for your soul work and expression

  • Finally, some calming tunes, head to this Spotify playlist that I have made especially for you! It is sure to set the vibe: Full Moon Music - A Playlist

Remember, you can do this in whatever way feels best for you - there is no wrong or right.

Make it stand out

Now back to the self-paced flow. You know I am a Circle lover. The reality though is that we are not always available or in a space of flexibility when it comes to booking face-to-face or Zoom circles. Sometimes the schedule is crazy and times dont align.

Insert my self-paced flows. They are the easiest way to be guided in ritual but in your own space and time. I introduced these to my private membership group (The Soul Circle Membership) earlier in the year and they have been a hit. We rotate our months with space-holding and ritual. We start with Full and New Moon Zoom circles and then every second month we have Full and New Moon self-paced flows.

I do all the planning, the meditation recording and the soul-work organising for you, and all you need to do is tune in when you feel the call. Easy!

These are not usually available outside the membership but I know there are so many who are feeling the pull to create space right now under the Full Moon, so why the heck not!

What to expect in this self-paced flow:

  1. Your flow begins with setting a clear intention for the moment and then tuning into a provided song to embody the energy. This also helps you to connect to the self before diving in.

  2. Multiple reflection questions are provided as prompts for self-exploration along with a mini-activity to express your wants, needs, and feelings (let's not underestimate the importance of acknowledgment).

  3. A meditative journey (recording provided) is to follow.

  4. Final self-reflection occurs towards the end with more prompts and music is used to tap into certain emotions that rise.

  5. Suggestions are provided for ways to energetically close of your space.

The best part about this flow is that you can use it over and over again. It is flexible and timeless. Once you have it, it becomes a forever resource.
