Daniella Elias working remotely on 1:1 sessions

About Daniella

Daniella is an intuitive guide, space holder, and creative, who truly believes that making things a “vibe” is one of her superpowers. She has a strong passion for understanding the unique characteristics of both her own and other people’s menstrual cycles and is on a mission to reconnect people with the power they hold within.

As a self and soul-care advocate, holding space for people who are seeking safe expression and inner growth, along with creating practical, ritual-based products, is something that she feels incredibly called towards. She spent many years as a high-school teacher, discovering her love for educating, and spent 9 years deeply embracing her first business, Amity Created (a self and soul-care collection).

Daniella has since shifted into a different season of her life, coming home to the simplicity of breath, turning within, and providing the opportunity for those around her to do the same. With this new season, a brand new journey has begun to unfold. One that has seen her hold space for 100’s of people, through Moon Circles, Women’s Circles, Womb Wisdom, and Sacred Seasons containers and collaborative events.

Daniella previously hosted the Self and Soul podcast, where she used her voice to share her personal experience of journeying within. Currently, she is the co-host of Aligned and Unfiltered the podcast alongside her two spiritual besties, Demi, and Ness.

Over the years, Daniella’s guided meditations have provided the opportunity for her to work alongside many brands, including multiple sessions for Westfield Liverpool, and internationally broadcasted circles for The Happiness Planner. Her story has been shared on podcasts (Jess Williamson Podcast, Rhythm and Words podcast, Mindful Creatives podcast, radio stations, collaborative blog posts, and through guest speaking at a variety of events.
