In this case, all items are shipped using Australia Post. Postage price is showcased at check-out and is available worldwide.
Orders are sent within 4 business days of them being placed. Following this, confirmation of postage, and tracking, is sent straight to your inbox.
It is important to note that Daniella Elias is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. In the case that there is something that requires following up once a parcel has been successfully shipped, it is best to contact Australia Post directly.
It is important you check your address at check out, especially if you have “Auto-fill” on your device. If by any chance a mistake has occurred, it can only be changed prior to being shipped, so please contact immediately at info@daniellaelias.com. Your address can not be updated or altered once the item has been shipped.
