Daniella Elias is based in Sydney, Australia. Although most of her service and offerings are virtual, there are a small selection of offers that require postage.

In this case, all items are shipped using Australia Post. Postage price is showcased at check-out and is available worldwide.

  • Orders are sent within 4 business days of them being placed. Following this, confirmation of postage, and tracking, is sent straight to your inbox.  

  • It is important to note that Daniella Elias is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.  In the case that there is something that requires following up once a parcel has been successfully shipped, it is best to contact Australia Post directly.

  • It is important you check your address at check out, especially if you have “Auto-fill” on your device. If by any chance a mistake has occurred, it can only be changed prior to being shipped, so please contact immediately at info@daniellaelias.com. Your address can not be updated or altered once the item has been shipped.

  • Customs fees are the responsibility of the individual purchasing the item, please be aware of this if ordering internationally.

  • All of our products are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. Contact support with any questions.
